These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Very Handy Tools, operated by Very Handy Tools at https://very-handy.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Very Handy Tools provides a suite of handy productivity tools. We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan with additional features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person — you may not share accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for more than 12 months (with prior notice), or are used fraudulently.
The free plan is provided at no cost and may have usage limits. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. All prices are listed on the pricing page and are in USD.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Refunds: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@very-handy.com and we'll make it right.

You own your data. We don't claim rights over content you store in Very Handy Tools. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we'll delete your data within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access — we'll aim to give advance notice for planned downtime.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Very Handy Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We'll provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the service entirely, during which you can export your data.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email and post a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
